The Highmeadow is a ranch that can be built with two bedrooms and a den or three bedrooms. The den also has been opened up and used as a separate dining room. The house can accommodate an optional second-floor space that could be either a separate studio bedroom or office area.
Some standard features:
- Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the foyer, kitchen and great room.
- Optional screened porch accessed from the master bedroom or the great room.
- Eight-foot-tall interior doors and windows set at eight feet (rather than the typical six-foot eight-inches, giving 16 inches of more light at each window.
