Construction is underway on Newport Cove’s newest offering, the Southshore. This “modern cottage” is for sale and can be finished in a few short months, before summer’s end.

Below is a rendering of the first floor. The large great room and adjacent screened porch open onto a large lakefront deck. The contemporary kitchen comes with a huge walk-in pantry.
